ABOUT OUR ITEMS

Please remember all of these items are pre-owned. As a result, some items may have wear, chips, cracks, scuffs, discoloration, or other signs of aging. Everything is sold As-Is. I work very hard to inform customers of every noticeable imperfection. Be sure to thoroughly read descriptions and view all photos before purchasing.

SUSTAINABILE PRACTICES

One of the best aspects of shopping pre-loved items is the sustainability! You may notice this practice carried over in the packaging. In an effort to further the benefits of sustainable shopping and reduce waste, I try to reuse boxes, paper, packing peanuts, and bubble wrap. Do not be surprised if your item arrives in a box branded for something else – I am just doing my part to get your purchase to you safely while also cutting waste.

SHIPPING

Items will ship within one week of purchase, although I make an effort to get your items shipped out within 1-2 business days. I will provide you with a tracking number when I drop the package off at USPS.

LOCAL PICK UP OPTION

Local pick up in Cleveland, OH is an available option at checkout. Once you have placed an order for local pick up, I will reach out to you via the email you have provided in your order to schedule the pick up time and location.

Local pick ups are conducted in the Lakewood area of Cleveland, OH.

If someone else is picking up the item(s), please let me know during the scheduling process.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for the scheduled pick up time, we will have to reschedule pick up for a different day.

I am currently able to hold local pick up items for up to 2 weeks after payment. If you need longer than that, I may be able to accommodate your schedule. Feel free to reach out to me at contact@act2bychelsea.com.

RETURNS

All items are sold as-is, and are not eligible for return.

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be provided if items arrive damaged or broken in transit. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of any damage to the item(s). Proof of purchase and photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging will be required within 7 days of receipt in order to issue your refund. Please provide detailed photos so that I may file a claim to recover these costs.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. We will contact you to confirm a refund has been issued.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

GIFTED ITEMS

Act 2 has several items that would make lovely gifts! Please note, if you purchase an item from this shop, but have it sent to another recipient, the refund and return policy still applies.

Act 2 does not accept gift returns for store credit at this time.

Any correspondence in reference to a gifted item damaged in transit will need to take place with the buyer. Please refer to the “Refunds” information above.
